Horseback journeys through the Andes of Cochamó and Puelo. Horseback expeditions of 4 days or more through one of the most remote territories in southern Chile, guided by Julian, a local horseman born in these mountains who knows them as home.
The mountain range between Cochamó and Puelo is one of the least-traveled areas of southern Chile. Deep valleys, rivers descending from the Andes, and forests that have remained unchanged for centuries.
We travel these routes with Julián, a local baqueano who has known this territory on horseback for as long as he can remember. He is the one who reads the weather and knows where it is safe to go—and where it is not.
We design expeditions of 4 days or more, depending on how much time you have and the route you choose: Cochamó, Puelo, Toboganes, La Herradura, La Esperanza, or Paso El León.
Write to us and let’s talk about which journey makes the most sense for you.
